1. Streaming-Only License

Limited Streaming License for Therapeutic Audio Content

All audio content provided through the Frequency As A Pharmacy™ platform—including but not limited to music, sound recordings, frequencies, tones, spoken word, guided experiences, and therapeutic audio/video content—is made available exclusively for personal, private streaming.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream the content solely for individual listening purposes.

2. Explicit Prohibited Uses

Users may not, under any circumstances:

  • record, download, rip, capture, or copy the content (in whole or in part)
  • store the content on any device, cloud service, or external medium
  • perform the content publicly or privately, whether live or recorded
  • reproduce, re-use, re-mix, sample, loop, manipulate, or alter the content
  • create derivative works or incorporate the content into other works
  • sell, license, sublicense, rent, lease, or monetize the content
  • distribute, broadcast, share, transmit, or otherwise make the content available to others

The content is not authorized for:

  • commercial, therapeutic-for-hire, or institutional use
    unless express written permission is granted by Frequency As A Pharmacy™.

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

  • pursue legal remedies for unauthorized use or infringement

Unauthorized use of the content constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service.
